About the hotel complex

Prostor apartment complex is located on an area of 1,475 sq. m., and together with the green areas and the swimming pool covers a total area of 2,559 sq. m.
The hotel part is a modern five-storey building with an elevator. It has 17 apartments, 12 of them ready to welcome guests. There is a restaurant, a lobby bar, a games room, a garden with a pool and a children's playground, where also food and drinks are served.

The reception desk, the lobby, the lobby bar, the games room and the service rooms are located on the first floor. In addition, there is also one three-room and one two-room apartment.
On the second and third floor there are four three-room apartments.
On the fourth floor there are two three-room apartments and a studio.

All apartments are between 85 and 95 sq. m. in size, with their own balconies, equipped with modern and cosy furniture.
