Book an apartment or a studio for your vacation in Prostor apartment complex. This way you do not risk being disappointed if you come on the spot and it turns out that all the accommodation options are taken. And if you plan your vacation with us earlier, you can take advantage of our special offers.
After you make a reservation inquiry, over the e-mail that you have provided you will receive a price offer for the specific requested period. It will contain information about the accommodation options, the way of making a reservation, the reservation annulation policy and other important information. For inquiries made in a working day, you will receive an offer within 24 hours. For inquiries made in a non-working day, you will receive an offer within 24 hours after the start of the first working day.
Our employee may contact you over the phone, should they need any additional information regarding the preparation of the offer.
Rules and conditions of the hotel
Please note that pets are not allowed on our property. Cooking in the apartments is also prohibited.
Guarantee for reservations
Reservations within the “Early bookings” program are considered guaranteed when an advance bank payment deposit of 50% of the amount of the whole reservation is made within 5 working days after the client confirms the offer sent by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation is to be paid by bank transfer within 5 days before the arrival date. Changes in reservations within the “Early bookings” program are only allowed at latest 2 weeks before the arrival date and in case the requested change is possible to meet by the hotel.
All other reservations are considered guaranteed when an advance bank payment deposit of 30% of the amount of the whole reservation is made within 5 working days after the client confirms the offer sent by the hotel. The remaining amount of the reservation is to be paid by bank transfer or at the reception when guests arrive.
Reservations annulation policy
In case of annulation of a reservation within 7 days before the arrival date, clients are not subject to forfeit and the amount paid in advance will be recovered by the hotel.
In case of annulation of a reservation from 7 days to 3 days before the arrival date, clients are subject to forfeit amounting to the price of the accommodation for the first night.
